Return Policy
Free Shipping Note:
FBG Wholesale offers free shipping on wholesale orders over $500. Return shipping is not covered unless due to an error on our part.
Refused or Unclaimed Orders
Refused or unclaimed shipments are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus all associated freight charges. If you choose to have the order reshipped, all additional shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
If the refusal was due to an error by FBG Wholesale, we will reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full credit.
Return Window & Discrepancy Reporting
Please notify FBG Wholesale of any discrepancies—such as incorrect items, overcharges, or damaged goods—within 5 business days of delivery.
Discrepancies confirmed to be the fault of FBG Wholesale will be credited or reshipped at our expense if the total issue value is $50 or more. Claims made after the 5-business-day window will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Authorized Returns
Only items that are defective or damaged in transit are eligible for full credit or replacement. To initiate a return:
- Contact your sales representative within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Return the items in original, unused, resalable condition.
Returns not due to our error are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made within 30 days of original order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
Return Label Validity
Any return label issued by FBG Wholesale is valid for 30 business days from the date it is provided. Reissuance after this period is subject to review and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of:
- Used merchandise
- Partial display packs
- Clearance, Warehouse Deals, or Discontinued items
All returned goods must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging, inserts, and accessories included.
Damages & Shortages
All orders leave our warehouse in verified condition. If a shipment arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with:
- Take clear photographs of the condition upon delivery
- Note damage on the delivery receipt
- Retain all original packaging
- Contact your sales representative immediately
Photographic evidence is required for any credit to be issued.
For damages or shortages:
- Under $50: Account credit will be issued
- Over $50: Product will be reshipped at no charge
Incorrect or excess items shipped in error will be scheduled for pickup and return at our expense.
